RYYR 2026 Session Scheduling Information

2026 Term 1 Session Scheduling date is March 12 at 9:00am via emailed link for those who have signed up for notifications below and toured or previously attended session. Term 2 Session Scheduling will open in April.

Thanks for your patience as we coordinate with volunteer mentors to provide as many sessions as possible over Terms 1 & 2.

If you are a NEW APPLICANT and would like to be placed on our email notification list for when applications open for 2026, contact Becca at 412-585-0383 or rebecca.shaw@ryyr.org for a tour before filling out the form below so that we can connect you to where your child best fits and answer any questions you may have in advance! You can also find more information and photos on the About Our Program page.

If you have TOURED RYYR or are a RETURNING MENTEE and would like to be placed on our email notification list for when applications open for 2026, fill out the form below. You are always welcome to contact us to schedule a time to come visit the horses!

2026 Term Information:

Mentoring at RYYR is currently split into 2 terms.

Term 1: May 4 - June 27

Term 2: July 13 - September 5

Weekly sessions are 90 minutes long and run for 8 weeks. Your child’s RYYR volunteer mentor will contact you prior to the start of the term to arrange dates and times for sessions.
