RYYR 2026 Session Scheduling will open soon

Our 2026 Term 1 Session Scheduling date will be posted here at least 2 weeks in advance, and you will receive an email in advance with the date if you have signed up below. Thanks for your patience as we coordinate with volunteer mentors to provide as many sessions as possible over Terms 1 & 2.

If you are a NEW APPLICANT and would like to be placed on our email notification list for when applications open for 2026, contact Becca at 412-585-0383 or rebecca.shaw@ryyr.org for a tour before filling out the form below so that we can connect you to where your child best fits and answer any questions you may have in advance! If you have TOURED RYYR or are a RETURNING MENTEE and would like to be placed on our email notification list for when applications open for 2026, fill out the form below. You are always welcome to contact us to schedule a time to come visit the horses!

SESSIONS ARE FULL FOR 2025 Terms 1 & 2, this form will add your email to be contacted when applications open for 2026.

2025 Term Information:

Mentoring at RYYR is currently split into 2 terms.

Term 1: May 5 - June 28

Term 2: July 14 - September 6

Weekly sessions are 90 minutes long and run for 8 weeks. Your child’s RYYR volunteer mentor will contact you prior to the start of the term to arrange dates and times for sessions.
